WHO WE ARE

Aspace is a Los Angeles based design-build team, focused on creating spaces that feel intentional and curated to our clientele through ADUs and residential development.​Our foundation comes from years of hands on experience flipping homes and developing properties across LA. That process sharpened our eye for what we believe truly matters which is flow, function, and the details that make a space feel right.​ Part of our approach is rooted in our background as sneaker enthusiasts. The same attention to detail, craftsmanship, and appreciation for design carries into our work today. What started as a passion has now transpired into something bigger. Building homes that aren’t just well designed, but meaningful assets as well. ​ 

Our team also brings a unique perspective. Coming from a military background and years in the private security industry, we’ve been able to develop a strong attention to detail and a calm, disciplined approach to the work. Spending time around high end spaces that keep us inspired has influenced our style in keeping things clean, elevated, and intentional without doing too much. Our faith grounds how we operate, how we treat people, and how we show up, consistently and with intention. It’s not something we lead with loudly, but it’s present in our consistency, our discipline, and our commitment to doing things the right way.
